Returning
Items
We stand behind
the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original
condition within 30 days of the original date of purchase. We will gladly
replace any item or issue you a refund for the cost of the item. We can only
refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. Please
note that items purchased through Amazon.com can only be returned to
Amazon.com, and are subject to the terms of Amazon's return policy.
To return an item to our company, first notify our
customer service department. Be sure to include your name,
invoice number, items to be returned, and a reason for the return. Our
customer service department will respond with an RMA (return merchandise
authorization) number and address to return the item to. If you have any

Shipping Information To make shipping fair and
affordable, we calculate shipping charges based on the size and weight of the
items you're ordering. We normally ship our products
FedEx or UPS. ** Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays related to
the weather.

Shipping to
Multiple Addresses

Having your order shipped to
more than one address is easy. Follow these steps:

Simply add all the items to
be shipped to your cart

Click the check out button.
An order summary page should be displayed with a Ship To Multiple Addresses
option below all of the items.

Click the check box next to
the Ship To Multiple Addresses (a check will appear in the box)

Click the Checkout button at
the bottom of the page

Sign into your account.
If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

A screen will appear with
each item in your cart. At the top of this page, click the Manage
Addresses Button.

You will need to add all of
the shipping addresses to your address book. Be sure to give a
descriptive name to each address in the Save As field. Click the Add
button to add each address. When you are finished adding addresses, click
the Continue button to continue

You should now return to the
screen listing all your items. Assign each item to an address using the
selection box next to each item.

Click the Continue button at
the bottom of the screen.

The system will calculate the
shipping to each address, and ask you to choose a shipping method for each
address.

Complete the check out
process and you are done.

Cajun Creations accepts orders that are processed
online using a credit card and mail-in orders paid by check. We currently
accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be assured that our
systems are secure and customer information is kept private by Cajun
Creations. We do not share, sell, or provide information about our
customers to anyone. All
payments are made in United States (US) dollars. We do not accept any
other currencies. Credit cards are not charged until your order
shipped from our warehouse.
Privacy
Cajun Creations respects your privacy. We do not
sell, rent, or loan any information regarding our customers to anyone. Any
information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not
be used in ways to which you have not consented. Additionally, Cajun Creations
will not collect any personal information about individuals except when
specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such
information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, and
product commentary.
Substitutions
To ensure timely delivery of your gift item,
substitutions are occasionally necessary. When this occurs, we make every
effort to substitute with very similar items. We only substitute with items of
equal or greater value.
