Cooking Instructions: Take the Turducken Roll completely out of the packaging and place it in a pan. You may want to line the pan with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then cover and cook the Turducken Roll for 2 hours. Uncover and cook for 25 minutes or until browned. If your Turducken Roll is frozen, allow it to thaw two days in the refrigerator. If partially frozen you may cook it an additional 30-45 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure your turducken roll has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
